The area around this complex is the trendiest in the city – and called Seaport Square. It provides live entertainment, roof top bars, great restaurants, and all within close proximity to the city’s waterfront and downtown Boston. The larger area is where the Seaport meets Fort Point, (bohemian and artist enclave, with a dynamic food scene, cutting edge galleries and craft beer venues).

This venue has two buildings: The tower as well as the Loft. This penthouse 1 bedroom unit is in the tower building and has terrific views. The ambiance in this complex and surrounding area – provides a great living experience. The interior of these units are comfortable and provide modern high end finishes. All units have washer and dryer in unit as well as Nest Thermostats. The oversized windows provide great light and ambiance. This complex is pet friendly and provides optional garage parking. -The staff is unbelievable. They are always willing to help in any way they can. They are also always happy - which is so refreshing!



-The building is the BEST in Boston. I toured several others that didn't even come close at roughly the same price point.



-The area that the building is located in (Seaport) is in my opinion, the best place to live in town. There's a ton to do. The city's best dining and entertainment is within a minute walk.
