This well-located brick townhouse complex in Chestnut Hill was built 70 years ago, but was fully renovated in January 2017. The construction is old school with nearly soundproof units based on building standards at the time, (a great thing). In addition, this complex has lots of recreational land and also abuts conservation land. The restoration project which was just completed earlier this year, (January 2017), has fully modernized these apartment townhomes. Sometimes in Back Bay, South End -when looking at the exterior of a building – one is not entirely sure about the inside. But since those areas have gone through a major renovation, one can be reasonably sure that the interiors are nice. The exact same phenomenon occurs with Hancock Village. The exterior lacks pizazz and excitement. Stately yes! But inside – Wow!!!!In addition, the new community amenities are terrific and provide for luxury living. And this complex is offering terrific incentives.
